What’s happening in 2012? My focus is in two areas, both of which are building towards the XL2020 Vision:
Lighthouse Content:
I’m aiming to have completed the framework to Wealth Dynamics, to provide a framework and language to entrepreneurship that we can all use effectively. I’ve called this framework the Wealth Lighthouse, and it includes the Wealth Spectrum, Wealth Dynamics, Talent Dynamics and Phi Dynamics. (You can find out more detail here on what each of those are). This year you’ll be seeing new content, new tests and tools for us all to use effectively at whatever level of the wealth spectrum we are. Half my news this year will be on how these tools are developing.
Social Entrepreneur Community:
My other focus is in the development and growth of XL Nation. With the launch of XL Nation from XL Results Foundation in 2009, we are seeing the evolution of our global network into a social entrepreneur incubator. I have a travel schedule that keeps me busy connecting with XL Founding Members and social entrepreneurs around the world, and the other half of my news will be on the extraordinary stories and successes we are seeing.
